The oxymoronic diplomatic weapons are an array of tools used by the diplomat Pablo (and other Livarian Diplomats) to help in tough situations. On the surface, a Diplomat of Livarall carries an array of regular tools that would be used during diplomatic-related activities, but these tools (and their uniform itself) is full of gears and technology that could kill an inexperienced user [1] (such as by the internal gears grinding their organs, or by releasing a springloaded jar of spikes into their face).
Most of the times they are used for their intended purpose (for example like flag banners, inaugural scissors and money) but their normal use is overloaded to help in combat or dangerous situations, hence their recognition as weapons.
There are at least 89 of them (their total quantity has not been yet confirmed) and they are normally concealed as part of Pablo's clothes (like hat that is also a tough shield) or accessories (a baton that becomes a banner).
