Joni is a violence-first, reckless but ample experienced explorer of Rauel's dungeons, having conquered a Level 6 Dungeon once before[1], and having her Warrior Class on max level[2] - Level 3 [3].
She was present on the exploration of the new Level 4 Dungeon.

Joni is best described as 'ask questions later' and 'do as I say and please' kind of person, as she jumps into the fray confident of her abilities before checking surroundings[4], picks her class without addressing the rest of her team [5], and also lets first impressions sour her view on someone rather quickly[6]. Her biases extend over to how she views various classes as borderline worthless and unusable junk because every single person that she has seen wield them, has done so with various degrees of bad[7]. Even though her biases may be present they're not unshakable as she does let clever decisions and other actions determine her judgement of someone, even if its only a little [8].
Even with her less experienced team, Joni is demonstrated to be someone who fully trusts her allies' capabilities [9], having faith in their strength and capacity to complete the dungeon's challenges[10]... sometimes to a careless degree [11]. However, this does not she doesn't care for their safety, as she fights alongside them and tries to protect them various times throughout her exploration with Tobi's team[12][13][14]. So this action is best interpreted as her being naïve about the competence of her team.
She doesn't really have a problem with Sari, nor Tobi, believing that she seems to be a 'cool kid'[15], but the same can not be said for Jake. She dislikes his presence the moment she met him, seeing him as a problem[16]. However, over the course of the Dungeon Arc they both warm up to each other a little bit through their combined struggles during their exploration of the Level 7 Dungeon and its proceeding boss fight.
She also has a bit of a potty mouth[17]

Due to her great deal of experience in high-level dungeon exploration, as seen with her even recognizing some specific rooms and challenges[18], Joni has managed to gain not only a more than sufficient level of understanding of Dungeon and their mechanics, but also a high degree of mastery over her class of choice - The Warrior[19].
Warrior Class[]
The warrior is described by Joni to be a class that provides a team with a good source of damage, or 'bite' as she describes it[20]. All her class skills are either of colour red or magenta[21]
Sledgehammer[]
Sledgehammer is an attack that enhances the user's weapon and allows to deal out a powerful AOE blast[22][23]. It can also take out a dungeon doppelganger in a level 7 subdungeon.[24]
Hard Counter[]
Hard counter is a powerful ability, one that has the weapon being used glow a bright red/pink, before performing a spinning attack that deals high damage to all enemies caught in it, knocking them back immensely after the damage is dealt[25].
Rush Attack[]
A fast attack with a charge-up timer, the weapon glows bright red, before Joni swoops and lunges at the enemy.[26]

Little to nothing is known about Joni despite her being an experienced Dungeon explorer.
She sustained multiple injuries during the dungeon raid. She was directly hit by a laser from one of the Pols, knocking her out for a bit and drawing blood.[27]. She was also stabbed by Tobi's Shadow within the dungeon[28] Despite to the injuries she sustained and her clear inability to lead the charge, the exploration team decided to proceed into the boss room anyways, with the intention of getting through it as fast as possible in order to get her medical attention.[29]
However, facing a team wipe, Joni was forced into action. Every jump and movement she made had her bleeding profusely with a resounding CRACK being heard when she landed on one of Necro-Gaia's arms much to the worry of her team.[30] She managed to hit Necro-Gaia with a sledgehammer, doing 30 HP before being enthralled by one of its Puppeteering attacks. Her whole body being controlled by the boss monster, she started swinging her axe at Jake, injuring him and keeping him occupied while the boss managed to severely injure Sari and leaving the party in an extremely bad spot. Necro-Gaia used her as a human shield to absorb Jake's machine gun bullets, leaving her unconscious.[31] She was eventually saved by the cryptic appearance of King Baku breaking the Dungeon's "code" with one of his weird binary attacks and dropped on the floor without moving. She is eventually seen being on life support as Delhara's rescue airship carries the defeated exploration team back home.
