Noah Kim is a student living in the empire of Justopea, who was found to have magic powers during an attack by elves. He is now part of Justopea's new Magic Program - The Veda Project - as he covertly tries to figure out his Pandemonium Magic mindscape powers.
Noah is an apathetic teen, with a glut of unwanted attention from girls his age. He despises anything active, or just doing anything at all in general. He comes across as stone cold to most people and has repeatedly stated through the comic that he just wishes to be left alone. Despite Noah's social awkwardness and prosopagnosia, his friends accept him for who he is and continue to hang around him. While Noah is not a social person, he can eventually come to like some people: as the comic has progressed, he even started to consider some of them as friends. Noah always takes the lazy way out of things, either by doing nothing, or by giving smart-arse remarks.

Noah can use Spirit, though he is terrible at everything but Mask and Sight.
Pandemonium Power:[]
Noah can enter the 'mindscape' of a target that he touches. His body disappears from the real world and he appears in an imaginary world. His body is physically in the mindscape, and as far as he knows, he can die there. He can accomplish two things in the mindscape. The first, is to talk to the person's self-image. Theoretically, he could learn things that this person knows, without their real body knowing about the conversation. The only other worthwhile thing he can do is escape. To do this, he needs to reach a place in the mindscape where the target doesn't know about. After escaping, a wish is granted, influenced by the mind of the person he inhabited.
Ciel:[]
Noah's second 'wish' was for a guide, and that manifested as Ciel. She can feel everything he senses, and can understand it much deeper. She can also analyze information while Noah is tired, panicking, or otherwise distracted. When he tested his power on a cow, his third wish reduced her ability to read his mind, so she can only pick up on surface thoughts, but allowed her to talk to him when he wasn't sleeping, through reflections. Spirit Sight techniques later allowed him to talk to her anytime.
