Uygur is rough n' tough man who like anyone else in Lorg, is a despicable person. He has no problem in tricking what he considers to be a child into a false sense of security before physically beating them to teach them some kind of lesson about 'children not playing blood sports'[2]. To pair with that is his willingness to act on petty revenge for such a 'child' defending themselves against him; going back to try and hurt them again [3].
